    After registering for an exhibitor booth, register any additional booth staff that is not included in your sponsorship.

No refunds will be issued after July 1st, 2025.

TN SWANA cannot host a conference without the support and Sponsorships. Exhibitors without Diamond or Platinum Sponsorship will be assigned a 10X10 booth at check-in by price tier in the order the sponsorships are received. Tables and chairs are included in the sponsorship/exhibitor booth. If you need electric, please let us know by August 22nd.

Diamond and Platinum Sponsorships receive high-traffic exhibitor booth areas. Exhibitor Booths are assigned prior to check-in and in the order sponsorships are received. There will be no booth location changes at the conference.
